My website 'doesn't work'
If your website is not longer accessible when you type in your domain name in your web browser, there may be several causes, each with its own solution.
Unless you are hosting the website yourself on your server, you will need to contact your web host if the problem is not simply administrative.

| DNS zone file invalid | Contact your web host. If you are using Gandi's custom DNS, verify that you have entered the correct information in your zone as provided to you by your web host. |

| The site your are forwarding to is unavailable | Contact the web host of the site you are forwarding your domain to |
| Your domain has not had time for the DNS to be updated | Please wait up to 48 hours after changing your DNS or creating a domain |
