1. Login to your namebay account at http://www.namebay.com
2. Roll your mouse cursor over the green “Customer Area” button on the upper-right of their page
3. Choose “List/edit my domain names” in the list of options (under the My domains column)
4. Click on the domain name to be transferred to Gandi
5. If your domain is locked (protected), click on the “Unlock your domain” link to the right of “Status”, in order to deactivate the transfer lock
6. Copy the code that you see after “Authentification code” in the information tab. This is what you will give to Gandi when asked for your auth code.

When ready, simply proceed with Gandi's transfer process on our website at https://www.gandi.net/domain/transfer
