Within a few minutes of launching the ownership change operation, the current and future owners will receive a confirmation email at the address linked to their handles at Gandi.

To accept the ownership change, click on the “Accept” link that is found in the e-mail. Please note that for this to work, you must be logged into your account first.

Upon receiving the acceptance of both the new and the current owners, Gandi will automatically change the owner of the domain or submit the request to the domain's registry for final validation if applicable.

You can view the status of the ownership change operation at any time by looking in your “Orders in progress” page.
