After you have selected the domain names for which you want to change the owner, you will be shown a table that lists the price of the change or an error message if it is not possible online.

After you click Confirm, you will be shown a summary of the domain's owner handle and contact handles. This is where you can specify to whom you want to delegate the domain's ownership and management.

Click on Submit to continue once you are happy with your choice.
