If you already have a prepaid account, but you need to credit it, start by going to the Billing section of our site when logged in.

This will bring up a page that lists various billing options. The one that interests you is the prepaid account, so click on the link that says “Prepaid Account”.

The top section will tell you what your current balance is, and contains a button on the right that you can use to credit your account (“Credit my account”).

You will see that you have several means by which to add funds:

• Credit card
• Check (only available for customers paying from a French bank and in euros)
• Bank transfer
• Paypal
• Bitcoin

You may add a credit card to automatically fund your prepaid account, which is extremely beneficial if you have any automatic renewals.
