Refund FAQ

When can I ask for a refund?

Gandi will reimburse you for each unsuccessful operation (for example, if a domain is no longer available when we receive your payment) if the operation can be cancelled and reimbursed by the registry (this generally excludes renewals). To request a refund, please contact our customer support team using our online contact form.

How will I be refunded?

When you release a product at Gandi that does not have a commitment period, your Gandi prepaid account is automatically refunded the pro-rata (the amount you paid for the remainder of the time you would have used the service).

May I have a letter of reimbursement for my accounting dept?

When you send your request for a reimbursement to our accounting service, we will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail.

You will see a receipt of your refund at the bottom of your invoice page.
