How does SiteMaker support accessibility?
SiteMaker allows you to change nearly everything on your site, which means that you can build it to be accessible. For example, you can:
- Change your background colour and text colour so that they provide more contrast making it less difficult to read the text.
- Increase the size of your text so that it is easier to read.
- Change the layout of your page so that the text flows in a logical order.
- Give *alt tags* to all your images, so screen readers can correctly provide descriptions of everything on your page.
Additionally, SiteMaker ensures that all the text on your site including image *alt tags* can be read by the most common screen readers.
Screen readers must support Flash.
