Using GandiMail from your web browser

In addition to configuring your email client for reading and sending email from your computer, you can also read your emails online using the webmail platform we provide. Simply go to to login to your webmail at Gandi.

There is nothing to configure or install, however you need to be sure that your domain is using our MX records.

Login tips

Your username is the full email address of the email mailbox that you want to use. The password is the one that you specified for that mailbox in your GandiMail mailbox management page.

Exporting your address book

We now use a new webmail and so you may want to export your address book from Roundcube so you can import it into SoGo. To do this:

  1. click on “Address Book” on the upper-right hand corner of the Rouncube interface.
  2. click on the “Export” icon. This will let you save a “contacts.vcf” file to your desktop.

You may now import them to SoGo (see how).

Connection problems?

If you get an error message saying that you cannot connect, please verify your password, and we recommend resetting it from your Gandimail mailbox management page.

Also, please verify that your Gandimail Pack has not expired, as this will create the same error message. You can see this from your domain's control panel in this section:

If you see that your have more mailboxes than available (for example, if the top line says something like “Mailboxes 13/5”, then click on “Add more mailboxes” to correct this.
