How to contact support by chat

It is now possible to get assistance by live chat at Gandi during certain processes on our website.

This is just for quick questions that need a quick answer. For in-depth questions we ask that you send us en email.

To launch a chat with customer support:

  • Please make sure that you are logged in under your Gandi account. If you are on our homepage, click on the “My account” link in the upper right corner.
  • click on the question mark on the far right-hand edge of the screen, that looks like this:
  • click on the chat icon that you then will see, which looks like this:
  • you will then see the chat form, which looks like this:

Before you can start, you must choose a “Department”. Choose “English” to chat with someone in our customer support team that speaks English.

If nobody that speaks English is online, you may leave a message in the chat form, however it may be better to use the conventional support form in this case, by clicking on the email icon above.
