Gandi promo codes

At Gandi, we occasionally have special events where we give away promo codes that can be used to pay for a particular order. A good example of this was our 10-year anniversary giveaway.

Though promo codes are initially given to a particular customer, he/she is then free to use it, or to give it away to someone else. For example, if you got 5 promo codes, you can use just one for yourself, and give the others away to whoever you want!

How do I know if I have a promo code?

You should get an email at the address of your Gandi handle notifying you of the reception of a promo code.

If you did not, or if you lost the mail etc. you can still check for them on your ”My promos” page once you are logged into your Gandi handle. This page can be found on our website at “My account” → “Billing” → “My promos”.

Paying with your promo code

To pay with your promo code, proceed with your order as usual.

Then, once you get to the payment phase, you will see the following option:

You can only use one promo code per order!

Errors with your promo code

There are a few cases when you will get an error:

  1. you are trying to use one promo code for multiple products (you can only use one promo code, for one item, at one time)
  2. you are using a promo code that has already been used (this can happen if you are using one that you found on Twitter, etc, or that someone gave to you…)
  3. you are trying to use a promo code that has expired
