Creating a signature for your webmail
To create a signature for your emails that will be added automatically when you compose mails via our webmail, start by logging in at http://webmail.eu.com. Then:
- Click on “Settings” on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on “Composing messages” on the left and make sure “Automatically add signature” is set to “Always”.
- Click on the “Identities” tab at the top, then select the mailbox in question on the left.
- Click on the “signature” tab that appears.
There, you can compose the signature you want to appear at the bottom of your emails.
Remember that this will only apply to messages sent from webmail. If you use a desktop email client, you will also need to configure it to use your signature, and refer to your program's documentation for instructions.
