How to get your SSL Certificate
After your certificate has been created, you will see it in your list of SSL certificates on your SSL management page.
1. To get your certificate (in order to install it on your server), start by going to your list of SSL certificates, and click on the certificate in question on the left-hand site of the page.
2. You will then see your certificate's information page. Click on the link “Get” to get the certificate:
Doing this will bring up a page that will show you your certificate in a text box:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- ....seemingly random text... -----END CERTIFICATE-----
3. Copy the text in the box. All of the text, including the —–BEGIN CERTIFICATE—– and the —–END CERTIFICATE—–.
4. Paste the text into a plain text editor and save the file with the extension .crt
This will be the file that you will install on your server.
