There are two main file types with Swish: SWI files and SWF files. When you create a Swish movie, you create a SWI file that contains all the 'source code' or information to create your animation. To ensure your animation can be viewed over the internet, you need to create a SWF file. Only SWF files can be played on the internet.

Please make sure when you upload your Swish animations that you use 'Export' from the 'File menu' of Swish to create the SWF file and use that, not the SWI file.
