Manage your network interfaces

To manage your network interfaces, from the “Server” section of your account, click on the “Interfaces” tab and then the pen icon on the right of the interface to edit.

You then see the interface edition interface:

Change bandwidth

You can allocate between 1Mb/s and 100Mb/s to your network interfaces. The bandwidth is the quantity of data that can transit via an interface per second. The greater the value, the faster your data can be sent. Bandwidth is only limited in outgoing. Once the bandwidth has been limited,it will be necessary to reboot your server before the modification can be taken into effect on the server.

If you have several interfaces on the same server, the outgoing traffic will automatically be sent from interface 0. We therefore suggest that you apply more bandwidth to this one than the others. Do not forget to prepare your server for use with several network interfaces

Modify the reverse DNS

We provide default reverse DNS for your public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Nevertheless, you have the possibility of modifying them so that the reverse resolution of the IP address corresponds to one of your domain names. This is done via the interface, by indicating the reverse DNS that you would like, and by submitting the change.
