This type of snapshot is one that can be made automatically, at predefined intervals.

This profile takes a daily snapshot, one every 24 hours. The last 2 versions are kept. The first one will be taken upon the activation of the profile.

Just like the minimal profile, a snapshot is taken every 24 hours. Only in this profile 7 versions are kept over the period of one week.

This offers:

- 3 versions per day (one every 6 hours over 18 hours)

- 6 versions per week (at 24-hour intervals, the first being at 48 hours)

- 1 version every 28 days
