There are several ways that you can provide us with your documentation (post, fax, email) and in your communications with our support team, we will provide you with the specific address necessary for your purpose, as this depends on where you are, and the purpose of your documentation.
If you are concerned with open transmission of your documents to Gandi, you may send them encrypted to us by gpg.

Please be sure that you first contact customer support by opening a normal support ticket. Our support will provide you with a reference number to include in the subject of your secure mail. Emails sent to our secure address without the provided reference number in the subject will not be replied to.
For an added layer of security, you may also send your documents as password-protected files (see below), as attachments to your encrypted email!
You are free to send us your documents as password-protected .zip or .pdf files attached to your email to support, or as downloadable link in you mail to your documents that you may have hosted on a server somewhere.
Please be sure that you provide us with the password so we can read your file. Some ways that you can do this may be in another email, via chat, irc, or even as a post-it message on your domain or handle so that we can open the file. Just be sure that we know where to find it!
You can, of course, simply send us your documents as regular attached files.
