The day of the expiration (to the owner and the billing contact)
The day the domain is deleted at Gandi (to the owner and the billing contact)
However, in the event that a domain is managed by a reseller, reminders are sent only to the reseller in charge of the administration of the domain.
For domains with extensions regulated by ICANN, additionally to the reminders mentioned in the above, the owner receives:
1 reminder 1 month prior to expiration
1 reminder 7 days prior to expiration
1 reminder 1 day after expiration
This also includes domains managed by a reseller.
It is therefore important that the e-mail addresses associated to your contacts are all correct and regularly checked for new information.
