Start by logging into your account and in the “Services” section. Then, on the “Domains” page, write ”.ES” in the search field to just select those domains.
You will then see all of the .ES domains that you manage in your account.
Select all the domains that you would like to modify, chose the option “Modification of the 3 contacts”,
Then, click on “Create” next to the concerned contact (administrative in this case).
You must then create a new Gandi handle with the information of the person that you would like to have as the administrative, technical, and billing contact of your .ES domains.
On the bottom of the page, you will see the following parameters:
Leave the optional fields empty.
It is important, however, that you fill out the “ID number of the administrative contact” with the national ID card or passport ID number of the contact, and then chose the corresponding ID type from the dropdown menu.
Once all the information has been entered, click on “Submit”.
You will then see a new administrative contact in the contact field.
If you want to have the same Handle in the other contacts, copy and paste that new handle into the “technical contact” and “billing contact” fields, then submit.
You will then see an error message in red, asking you to modify them:
Click on “Modify” to add the number of the ID, or passport and chose the corresponding ID type from the dropdown menu.
Warning: Please be sure to leave the optional fields empty.
Click on submit.
Your .ES domains will then be configured with the new contact.
