Changing the contacts of a domain (other than the owner)

There are two ways to change the contacts of a domain. In either case, you need to be logged in as the domain's owner or administrative contact:

• Changing the contacts of one domain at a time

• Using the "batch change" function to change contacts on multiple domains

Each domain name at Gandi has four contacts associated with it, with varying levels of rights.

These are a domain's contacts:

• Owner contact
• Administrative contact
• Technical contact
• Billing contact

The contacts of a domain name often need to be changed if you want to give administrative, technical and/or billing to someone else.
