====== 在 Gmail 上設定 Gandi Mail ======

本頁說明之 Gmail (又稱郵件收取系統) 設定可讓您在 Gmail 上使用您的 Gandi Mail 電子信箱寄送與接收信件。

//請注意：本設定可將您的 GandiMail 信件匯入至您目前的 "@gmail.com" 收件匣中 - 請勿與 [[zh-tw:domains:management:googleapps|Google Apps (在您的域名上使用 Gmail)]] 搞混。//

===== 步驟 1︰收信 =====

  - 登入 Gmail 帳戶後，請點選右上角的齒輪小圖示，接著點選 "設定" 選項，前往設定頁面。
  - 接著點選上方分頁中的 "帳戶與匯入"
  - 在 "查看其他帳戶的郵件" 處點選 "新增您的 POP3 郵件帳戶"
  - **電子郵件地址︰**請輸入您想要使用 Gmail 檢查的電子郵件地址，例如 "admin@example.com"，然後按下 "下一步"
  - **使用者名稱︰**請再次輸入您的**電子郵件地址**，例如 ''admin@example.com'' (如僅輸入 "admin"，則無法正常運作)
  - **密碼︰**請輸入建立 "admin@example.com" 時所設定的密碼
  - **POP 伺服器︰** 請更改為 ''mail.gandi.net''
  - **通訊埠 (Port)︰**一般 POP 請用 110，加密 POP 則用 995

正確完成上述設定後，您便可以在下一頁使用同一個電子郵件地址寄信。

===== 步驟 2：寄信 =====

  - **名稱：**輸入要在 "寄件人：" 欄位顯示名稱
  - **電子郵件地址：** 輸入與步驟 1 的電子郵件地址。選擇其他選項之後按下一步。
  - **選擇寄件的 SMTP 伺服器？** 如有需要，您可以選擇透過 Gandi 的 SMTP 伺服器寄信：
    - ** SMTP 伺服器：**mail.gandi.net (預設的設定值可能不正確)
    - **Port：**25，465 (使用 SSL) 或 587 (請嘗試其中一個)
    - **使用者名稱：** 請使用與上述電子郵件地址，例如 ''admin@example.com''

正確完成上述設定後，接下來的頁面會要求您至上述電子郵件地址收信，然後點選郵件中的確認連結，或是輸入確認碼，讓您能夠使用上述電子郵件地址寄信。

===== 可能會發生的問題 =====


==== 認證失敗 (Authentication failed) ====

  Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password.
  Server returned error: "Authentication failed."

  * 您可能只輸入了使用者名稱，請輸入完整的電子郵件地址。
  * 您輸入的密碼可能不正確。
  * 您新增的可能是轉寄地址而不是電子郵件地址。

==== "帳號數量已達上限" ====

Gmail 只允許您設定五個外部的 POP 帳號。如有需要，您可以考慮使用[[:zh-tw:mail:email-mailboxes-and-forwarding-addresses#how-can-i-set-up-e-mail-forwarding|轉寄地址]]。

==== "我們無法定位其他的域名" ====

  There was a problem connecting to mail.yourdomain.tld
  Server returned error: "We were unable to locate the other domain.
  Please contact your other provider."

請將 ''mail.yourdomain.tld'' 更改為 ''mail.gandi.net'' 。

==== "SSL 協定錯誤" ====

  There was a problem connecting to mail.gandi.net
  Server returned error: "SSL protocol error. Please try disabling SSL, 
  or contact your other provider to verify the correct port settings."

您可能選擇了 "在收件時永遠使用安全連線 (SSL)" 選項，但並未正確選擇 SSL 使用的通訊埠 (Port)。

==== "無法存取帳戶資訊" ====

  Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password.
  Server returned error: "Unable to process the account info."

您設定的通訊埠 (Port) 不正確時，便會出現此錯誤。

==== "連線到 mail.gandi.net 時發生問題" ====

  There was a problem connecting to mail.gandi.net
  Server returned error: "Missing +OK response upon connecting to the 
  server: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS 
  ID ENABLE AUTH=PLAIN] Dovecot ready."

您可能嘗試使用 IMAP 通訊埠，然而 Gmail 並不支援 IMAP 匯入。
