====== Finding your Gandi password ======

If you need to recover your password, click on the link, "**Don't remember your ID or password?**" that appears under the password entry box at any time you are asked to log in (or you can go directly [[http://www.gandi.net/login/lost?lang=en|there]].

You will then be presented with the following search engine :

All you need to do is simply enter the Gandi handle in the box, and click the "**Recover my password**" button; Gandi will then send the password to the e-mail address listed with the handle you entered.

If you **don't know what the e-mail address listed with the handle is**, you just have to enter the Gandi handle in our [[http://www.gandi.net/whois|Whois search engine]] and we will show you.

**If the e-mail address is missing or outdated**, and you cannot receive your password by mail, you must send us the [[http://www.gandi.net/static/docs/en/chgt-email-en.pdf|E-mail Change Form]], accompanied by a **photo ID** and **other necessary documents as required** to prove that you are the title holder of the Gandi handle. Upon reception of these documents, we will change the e-mail address for you to one that you provided on the form.

You may then recover your password using the procedure described above.
