==== What is needed to validate your Business Certificate  ====
  * a certificate of registration or other such document showing the company's creation, that has been issued **within the past 3 months** of the order, and that is in the name of the company,

  * a **signed** [[http://www.gandi.net/static/docs/en/comodo-ev-certificate-subscriber-agreement.pdf |Business SSL certificate subscriber agreement form]]

Once these documents have been sent, Comodo will contact you directly to complete the verification process.
