====== How to contact support by chat ====== It is now possible to get assistance by live chat at Gandi during certain processes on our website. This is just for quick questions that need a quick answer. For in-depth questions we ask that you send us en email. To launch a chat with customer support: * Please make sure that you are logged in under your Gandi account. If you are on our homepage, click on the "My account" link in the upper right corner. * click on the question mark on the **far right-hand edge** of the screen, that looks like this: {{en:gandi:question.png}} * click on the chat icon that you then will see, which looks like this: {{en:gandi:chat-icon.png}} * you will then see the chat form, which looks like this: {{ en:gandi:chat-form.png }} Before you can start, you must choose a "**Department**". Choose "**English**" to chat with someone in our customer support team that speaks English. If nobody that speaks English is online, you may leave a message in the chat form, however it may be better to use the conventional support form in this case, by clicking on the email icon above.
