When and to whom are sent renewal reminders by e-mail?

  * **2 months** before the expiration date (only to the billing contact)
  * **1 month** before the expiration date (only to the billing contact)
  * **15 days** before the expiration date (to the owner and the billing contact)
  * **The day of the expiration** (to the owner and the billing contact)
  * **The day the domain is deleted** at Gandi (to the owner and the billing contact)

However, in the event that a domain is managed by a reseller, reminders are sent only to the reseller in charge of the administration of the domain.

<note important>**For domains with extensions regulated by ICANN**, additionally to the reminders mentioned in the above, the owner receives:
  * 1 reminder 1 month prior to expiration
  * 1 reminder 7 days prior to expiration
  * 1 reminder 1 day after expiration

This also includes domains managed by a reseller.</note>
